How to spit 1. Keep the same size of yakitori. A big piece is difficult to fry. A small piece is easy to fry and to eat. 2. Smaller pieces should be spit closer to hand. It's hard to grill meat thoroughly at this place. So begin to spit with smallest pieces. If you observe these rules the yakitori will have nice look and taste.
