Yakitori Sasami umemaki
Sasami is a dish that can be prepared in different ways. As sasami is a light product, it is tasty when preparing roll with umeshiso.
Ingredients:
Sasami
Shisonoha
Bainiku (vinegary flesh of plum)
Preparation:
1. It is necessary to cut off muscle line.
2. Slice meatand beat off.
3. Place a sheet called shiso.
4. Add bainiku and roll it.
5. Cut into 4 pieces, instill on spit.
6. Now shashlik is ready.
