Yakitori Tsukune
Yakitori Tsukune Ingredients:
Tsukune:
160 g. chicken stuffing
1 onion
1 quail's egg
Yakitori:
160 g. chicken thigh
1,5 leek
1 tbsp salt, pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp sugar


Preparation:

Tsukune:
1. Slice leek.
2. Add chicken stuffing, quail's egg and seasoning and mix it.
3. Divide into pieces and spit it.
4. Heat a pan and fry meat till it turns brown. Then place it on a plate.

Yakitori:
1. Cut chicken thigh into pieces and slice leek (3 cm length).
2. Spit chicken and leek one by one. Salt slightly and add pepper.
3. Add seasoning and heat it on a low fire. Prepare sauce.
4. Heat the pan. Fry everything, add sauce and place it on plates.
