The first place among products made of fish paste wins satsumaage. Its manufacture is adjusted in whole Japan. Pollack and fish, caught in local rivers, are the raw material. Fish paste is fried in oil. Then a fiber pellicle, which doesn't let the fish's taste go away, is formed.
