Tsumire, iwashi-tsukune

Tsumire is cooked of fish paste, raw material of which are iwashi, sayra, jack mackerel and other fishes with red meat. Small pieces are cut off the paste and thrown to boiling water. Tsumire is used in cooking of oden, soups and other boiled dishes. Paste of rough processing is applied in the cooking of tsumire. It gives soups its taste and absorbs other tastes.
