The history of this product, made of sea kale, is totaled 350 years. Kanten contains vegetative fibers. That's why it's useful for prevention stoutness, high pressure, cancer, and diabetes. It also contains a lot of Ferrum, phosphorus, calcium, vitamin А, B1, B6, B12, C, and D. Kanten is used in cooking of sweets (yokan).
