The products made of soy
Aomame-dofu

Aomame is a kind of soybeans. It matures in summer and people make from this aomame-dofu. Its rich with polysaccharides and vitamin E, also sugar content is higher approximately on 10 % in comparison with the usual soybeans.

To prepare 6 bricks of aomame-dofu we need the following ingredients:
500 ml soy-milk
4 gr agar-agar
250 gr aomame in pods (you can also use frozen pods)
1 tsp salt

  • Boil aomame in salt water, peal from pods and skin, to put through a sieve.
  • Put a pan with soy-milk, aomame, agar-agar and salt on the fire. After have boiled diminish a fire and continue to boil for 1-2 minutes, mixing with a spoon.
  • Fill up into a form. When a mass get warm as you can touch it by hand, supply this form in a refrigerator for further cooling-down.
