The presence of this delicious product among other ingredients proves that this dish is highly priced. There are several kinds of sea urchin, and they differ by color. The red urchin is more expensive then white one. The tastiest sea urchins inhabit seas that wash island Rebun. It is possible to taste a dish, which is made only in Hokkaido region, on the basis of urchin's meat with rice and wasabi (unidon).
