Season products
The oriental medicine recommends eating more season products. They are very healthy and cheap. Their utilization doesn't render negative influence on ecology.
SPRING PRODUCTS (March - May)
Vegetables
Cabbage, onion, asparagus, young potato, peas in pods, bean, Japanese beans, bamboo sprouts, parsley, ramson, burdock of a new crop, tomatoes, green peas, reddish, mountain herbs etc.
Fruits
Strawberry, avocado, Chinese orange, Japanese melon etc.
Seafood
Sillago sihama, noodle-fish, sayori, red sea crucian, striped tuna, cockerel tapes, sea ear, seaweed, hijiki, aralias etc.
SUMMER PRODUCTS (June- August)
