Taste of Japan. What do you know about Japanese food?

We would like to bring your attention to the book of Ms. Noriko Endo called "Taste of Japan. What do you know about Japanese food?" This is the second volume of the "Little Japanese secrets" series of books written by Noriko Endo. The book is devoted to Japanese cuisine and those little-known traditions which might be interesting for non-Japanese.

Why are the Japanese the nation of long-livers? The answer is obvious: quality and longevity of humans' life to a large extent depends on what they eat. The Japanese cuisine is a magnificent example of how delicious can be useful at the same time. From this book you will get to know what the Japanese eat, what Japanese dishes are made of and how they influence humans' health.

The book consists of five parts. The author gives the recipes of different dishes, describes the cuisine of different districts of Japan and various products, says about Japanese meal etiquette, the right way of eating Japanese food, describes ceremonial and festival dishes, kitchen utensils, processing of products and the unique Kadzari-Sushi.

The book contains a lot of color pictures. The number of pages is 212.
